HandyFix is an online platform that connects clients (homeowners) with verified service contractors for home repair and maintenance services in the Philippines. HandyFix acts as a facilitator and is not a direct service provider.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Clients may book services through the platform. Payment is made directly between the client and the assigned contractor upon completion of services. HandyFix does not process or hold client funds.
Contractor assignment is managed by HandyFix administrators to ensure the best match for your job. Clients cannot directly select contractors. HandyFix reserves the right to reassign contractors at any time.
Clients may cancel bookings with "Pending" or "Scheduled" status. Cancellations for in-progress services may incur charges. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.
Clients may leave honest reviews after service completion. HandyFix reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our content policy, including false, abusive, or misleading content.
We collect personal information to facilitate bookings and improve our services. Your data is never sold to third parties. By using HandyFix, you consent to our data collection practices as described in our full Privacy Policy.
HandyFix is not liable for the quality of contractor work, property damage during service, or disputes between clients and contractors. We provide a platform only and strongly recommend verifying contractor credentials before service begins.
HandyFix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
HandyFix may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in Philippine courts.
